Name: Eli St. George/Cain/Solomon
Age: 29/25/56
Height: 5?11
Eye Color: One eye is deep emerald green, and the other is pale faded blue
Hair: Long unkempt mop-top with premature patches of grey, 5?o clock shadow on face
Clothing: He wears a pair of durable jeans with stains of various colors on them, and old grey undershirt. On top of that, he wears a very worn red and black lumberjack shirt, leather gloves, and a dark green baseball cap with what looks like a scorch mark on the bill. On his feet he wears
Miscellaneous Appearance Descriptors: He carries a backpack with a variety of supplies, from a Swiss army knife, to a first aid kit, to a raincoat. But that is not all there is; he carries things on his back that hold the weight of souls who died trying to obtain them. Their weight can hardly be felt by his body, but they will never stop being felt by his soul.
Personality: Eli- Eli is a practical if pessimistic person. If faced with a begging man, he would toss him some change. Life as a modern nomad (a.k.a. wandering bum) has taught him to be wary and cautious. He is a bit twitchy and not very trusting, but when it comes down to it, willing to do what must be done.
Cain- This is the aggression personality. When Eli feels physically threatened to the point that he can?t handle it, he turns into Cain. When faced with a begging man, Cain would ignore him completely, but if threatened, he would strangle the man to death. Cain was developed as nothing more than a defense mechanism, and as a result, doesn?t know how to talk, though he can understand simple speech. He is much more formidable than one would immediately suspect, being able to beat two average size men into submission with only relative effort.
Solomon- The voice of reason. When a feat requires thought, reflection, planning, or mental fortitude, Solomon is there. He is a weary old man that walks with a limp, but is filled with wisdom from head to toe. If he met a begger, he would probably tell him the location of the nearest homeless shelter. Solomon was made to withstand the mental trials of the Holders, which he does with frankly amazing resilience.

Background: Eli was born to Mary Benedict and Peter St. George. The problem was that they were both 19, unmarried, and living deep in the Bible belt. His mother was committed to a mental hospital one year after his birth and his father was forced to leave his home, taking Eli with him. He tried to bring Eli up as a good Christian, but life on the road was hard, and many sins had to be committed to survive. Eli was working 3 jobs when he was 16 years old, trying to support his father who had become an alcoholic. Each night he would come home to their apartment exhausted, get yelled/preached at by his drunken father, eat some fast-food, then go to sleep and wake up early the next day. One night, his father was drunker than usual and attacked Eli when he came home. Peter bound his hands with duct tape and began repeatedly dunking his head in the sink water while yelling about being baptized and God?s mercy. Eli almost drowned. When his father had tiered himself out, Eli tried crawling to the door, but his drunken aggressor was immediately upon him, punching him in the back of the head repeatedly until he blacked out. When Eli awoke, he found that his bonds were broken, and his dad was dead. His head had been slammed repeatedly between the door and the doorframe, cracking his skull and breaking his neck. Horrified, Eli fled.
After a long time, he managed to track down his mother and visit her in the mental hospital. The meeting only lasted 10 minutes. Eli tried to talk to her but the only thing she would say was, ?Holder of the Path?? [http://theholders.org/?The_Holder_of_the_Path ]. When he got up to leave she suddenly went wild. She jumped on his back and clawed at him with her nails screaming ?HOW DID THEY AQUIRE GAURDIANS?!". When the orderlies came in to detain her, she bit one of their ears off before they could use the Taser. Dazed and horrified, Eli went to the front desk to check out. Out of morbid curiosity, he asked the orderly ?Who is the Holder of the Path??. From that point on, he was a Seeker. Now his search for the Objects has led him to Lightless City, where more than Holders await.
