Work on some private academic projects (some related to video games and composition) while I remodel parts of the house before university starts up again in fall. Get back in touch with a lot of friend and family I have a hard time staying in touch with while busy with classwork as well.

Prepare for school

And work on more articles for the internet. My last one went well, so I guess it's time to do another.

Continue to develop my digital portfolio for applying to a Master's in Digital Media in 2012; hopefully get a part-time job; write the two term papers I will have to write; try to avoid having to see my girlfriend's parents as much as possible.

Here is what my summer plan looks like:

Summer school
Sadness
Some more summer school
Relax.
Play some games.
Laugh about having to go to summer school, even though it is completely inappropriate to do so.
Try to find a job.
Oh, and did I already mention I have to go to summer school? I really want to get that point across.

I'm doing what I did last year: working as a seasonal fireworks retailer for 2 weeks, then helping my parents with our pet store until college starts up. Next year, I plan to have a full-time job working at McDonald's in my college town during the summer.

I'm trying to get quite a lot of stuff organised over the summer, otherwise I think I'm probably going to get very bored.

I'm going away with my girlfriend for a bit, and I'm planning to go and visit some friends in Cornwall for a while. A Dance with Dragons comes out on July 12th, so no doubt I'll spend a few days blasting through that. I recently bought Planescape: Torment from GOG, so that should eat up quite a bit of my time. I'm planning to write up an idea for a D&D game I've had, with a view to playing it at uni next year, and I'm tempted to try my hand at writing a comic book, largely to see if I can. I'm also considering learning some rudimentary Mandarin.

I've finished my A Levels and getting ready (hopefully) to uni
As it happens, I recently finished my first year at Warwick Uni. Absolutely loved it. Where are you planning to go?
Hopefully I will be going to Aberystwyth (which is in West Wales). Its annoying me at the moment because I really want to go but I also want to be prepared for the fact that I may or may not go.

The job I'm working for soon is in a old record shop with music, films and games for a good bargain. However I can only work when the owner is off sick or gone on holiday. I won't earn a lot for my shift from 9-4 and I earn £25 but yknow a job is a job at the end of the day and I can listen to music and surf the web too.

Last A-Level exam on Monday morning
Get summer job (wishful thinking)
Do other stuff that I do instead of revising
Learn to drive
Turn 19, find out none of my friends are around so celebrate it on my own as usual
Get A-Level results and find out which uni I get to go to
Sort out accommodation for Uni
Go to uni(as long as I don't completely fail everything)

Well, I got back from a road trip with my friends to San Diego a few weeks ago, and now I'm taking a class at my university. After that's done, I'll hopefully have a job and sometime in August I'm going up to Seattle with my family.

And that about sums it up. Oh yeah, and my friends are planning on making a movie at some point.

I'm going to Quebec with my family for a couple of days to spend time with MORE family.
I'm also probably going to start New Vegas again sometime today, and playing over summer vacation.

Besides that, I'm not doing a lot during the summer.

Play a lot of xbox, see Iron Maiden live, drink a lot, wait for uni to start in september, get my stuff together to get ready to move out before uni and work when the football season starts. That is pretty much my life...

Day 1: Get my computer working, renew norton, delete bullshit, clean it up.
Day 2: Get portal 2 on my computer (for free!) and see if it can run it. If so, get the hammer world editor.
Rest of the summer: Don't leave house, Learn to use hammer, make portal 2 levels, ????, profit!

Also read a book for English, does anyone know if "roll of thunder, hear my cry" is any good?

- Faff about.
- Have a modest party at some point.
- Achieve age 18.
- Do history assignment that was due for the end of last semester.

Yea, that's my plan. It's foolproof.

Ring of Honor in August...if you know what that means, then you'll understand why I'm quite excited for that. I made a list a few months ago, actually... it is as follows:

1) Write. At least 100 pages

2) Learn to script (in Construct or something similar)

3) Finish "Ulysses" by James Joyce

4) Save $ 1500 for a new car.

#1 Definitely won't happen because even though I like to tell people how much I like to write, I cannot bring myself to actually do it unless it's four in the morning and I've been drinking. I haven't started #2 yet, #3's coming along nicely, and I'm gonna fall a bit short of #4 most likely, simply because I'm an American, and as such can't help but spend my money on stupid shit...and food.

It's summer? Never noticed. Cloudy weather and rain for months now.

I do what I always do, go to work everyday, come back, play games with mah best buddy, laugh our asses off, talk about weird and wonderful shit, then do it all again the next day.
