I'm On A Boat - The Lonely Island.

Or, if you're not into hilarious hip-hop parody, try something from Seattle based folk musicians Fleet Foxes. This one's called Tiger Mountain Peasant Song:

EDIT: Any chance your a Jeff Buckley fan?
I'm not a huge Jeff Buckley fan, but I like som fo his material. I do think Beirut are fantastic however.

Wow, that was pretty neat. It's sung from the heart, I can tell.

My friend literally just sent this to me, and I loved it.

I liked it, a little rough around the edges but made up for with its sincerity. Here is nice acoustic of a track I'm sure you're familier with...

Very nice.

Some 90's for you: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQMDovArqQ4
I really like that track has a cood chord structure and the solo pieces from the guitars sit rerally well in the track. Sounds akin to some of the solo stuff david gilmours doing at the moment.

EDIT: If we're doing the 90's nostalgia then this is my turn...

That didn't sound very much like Lamb of God for a bit- it's a lot slower getting into it than like Redneck or Ruin. But a good metal song on the whole.

AILD sounds like their getting more technical, at least the drummer does. Good song.

Not bad.

I'm a huge They Might Be Giants fan. Here's [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3CccPPDe2JU&feature=related] mine. I always enjoy their references to historical events and trends.
Another horribly underappreciated, yet great band who reference historical events are iLiKETRAiNS:

I prefer the last song to the first, but it's a personal preference I suppose.

I liked that "I'm Impressed" song by the way. You could even say that I'm impressed by it.

Zing.

A little sugary for my taste, but the beat was good.

HAHA funny you should mention that song.
Yesterday, I was listening to my cable network's metal "channel", where they broadcast metal songs 24/7.

And that was the first one to come on.
