In this year of school we have been brought severe irritation from a new epidemic. What do we call this epidemic? Year 7s.
I havent been at primary school for a while now nore have I been a year 7 but I must ask why exactly have this new wave of yougner kids become the gobby mouthed shites that they are?
A while ago while I was hanging around with some freinds a year 7 kid came up, couldent of been older than 11. What happened? The little guy asks one of us If we were looking at him from across the courtyard, this apparently being a declaration of war. The fact we were all older and twice his size seemed to be lost on him. He then told us if we were to do that again then he would get his 'gang' (seriously) and they would kick our heads in. So we responded how any typical person should respond. One person yanked his bag away and tossed it into a puddle. Some may call it bullying, we call it showing sombody where their place is.
So escapist. Do you have any experience with this kind of thing?
Oh lets not forget the little year 7 who clamed me and a freind were 'On their Turf'

Yeah they need to be knocked down a peg or two.

Unfortunately Freshman hunts don't exist in Britain. Only in Family Guy :(

We would sit on the field and they would try to take our bags, so we placed them in a line halfway between us and them, and stood there waiting. As soon as they ran, we charged.

Earlier this year some Year 8 student started on my Year 10 friend. It was in the first weeks of school too, the Year 8 clearly thought he was bigger than everyone seeing as he had pretty much made enemies with everyone because out of nowhere some Year 11 that had nothing to do with this argument came and smacked the shit out of this kid then yelled at him for a while. The Year 8 kid started crying and told the teachers and within the next day he was back to being a smartass to everyone and I think he recently got punched in the face again by another Year 11.

He just doesn't learn.

Oh yeah, it happens to me. I was waiting for a history class and some year sevens came up to me and told me that this was their class. I told them to go to room 20 (where their lesson actually was) so, sensing that I was trying to annoy them, they barged into me and started calling me a dickhead and other things. I just laughed at them, then went into my class.

It made me remember how terrified of year 12s I was when I was in their year.

That's what sucks about this stupid little "Civilization" thing we humans have got going on. We can't just headbutt the hell out of challengers, we have to deal with it in a "Civilized" way. There's no killing the weak for us, no only the strongest live, we have to be "Civilized". Not really the best thing to be in some situations.
[sup][sup][sup]That's all tongue-in-cheek humor, I'm not in any way serious. Alright, maybe a little.[/sup][/sup][/sup]

On topic, you can always take solace in the fact that, when the apocalypse comes, they'll be the first to be cannibalized.

Haha, that sort of thing happened when I was in Year 7. I'm 21 now. It's all bravado for the benefit of their friends. They don't genuinely believe that they can take on a group of people with a height and weight advantage, but the pretense that they're brave enough to is more than enough for them to go back to their little group with their heads held high.

They're barely out of primary school, they'll learn eventually. Actually, some never will... but we can hope for the rest of them!

I would rather be in a place where only the strongest survive and all the little try hards get their justice.
Like a Clint Eastwood movie.

Although in those, only Clint Eastwood survives.

He's a damn fine cowboy.

Ha, it's so adorable when they take themselves so seriously, and even better when you're given the chance to show them who they actually are. All kids in high school are dicks, it's only in year 10/11 do they become normal, and stop trying to impress their mates in every possible way.

When I was in high school I had some guy throw milkshake on my back, and then when I turned around he pointed at his mate, even though he had the fucking bottle in his hand. So, I smacked him and he dropped and began crying. It was a little over the top, but it fucking frustrates me. There was another instance I remember where some kid came up to me when I was waiting to go into my form and he said "ere dick 'ed, move", there was no reason to say it other than to impress his mates, so I grabbed his head and decked it off the corner of the wall.

High school is disgusting, I'd argue college is more disgusting but that's for completely different reasons.

I suppose some kids come out of primary as king of the hill. They would beat the shit out of the little year 3 kids and nobody would dare question them.
They think this will carry on into high school. It doesnt. And it takes quite a few beating to figure that out.

I recall a few years ago, when I was 16 or 17 a group of children (maybe 11 or 12) tried to pick a fight with me when I was walking to the train station. This was about 10pm at night and very dark, given that I had long, ratty hair at the time, stood about 6"1' and generally looked like a hoodlum it was a pretty odd choice of victim, but whatever. They started talking shit to me, I laughed at them and walked off and they actually followed me and continued to taunt me. Eventually I confronted one, grabbed him, told him to fuck off and pushed him over and they ran off. Lesson learned, right?

Of course not, it didn't end there, the little shits decided to go and get their older brother and his mates, who were perhaps 14/15 and still considerably smaller than me. After a whole lot of shit talking I ended up getting on the train without incident, but I was and am to this day amazed at the absurdity of a couple of children deliberately provoking a far bigger, particularly threatening looking person. As the brother of the child abandoned his friends, crossed the tracks and confronted me alone I could have quite easily broken a nose or jaw, strolled onto the train and left before his friends had time to catch up....just a generally stupid situation to put oneself in, so now, I wouldn't really say it's more of a problem than it was 4-5 years ago, it's just now you're the big kid and the morons you used to ignore are now looking to you to put them in their place.

Ahahahahahahaha, yes i hate younger kids. I remember this sixth grader who pisses all of my friends off on the bus so one day a friend and i sat next to him and on every turn or bump or just at randome we would sqish him up against the side of the bus so he couldnt breath. My friend would punch him a few times and this whent on for the whole ride. He left us alone after that. Bu as soon as he started we paid him another "visit" and i think he needs a third.

Happened in my school, and I was a 6th former. First and last time I ever gave a swirly. They stayed clear of us after that. When I was a year 7 I'd never, EVER have spoken to 6th formers the way they talked to us. We won back our respect through fear though, that was always fun.
