I have to say the whole bullshit Father Christmas issue, this is something that I feel very strongly about... moreso because from September onwards I can't look anywhere without being reminded of Christmas. I find it incredibly hypocritical that parents say all year to not tell lies, be good etc etc otherwise FC won't give you presents, despite that this is a lie in itself. It's as if they can't be bothered to properly discipline their kids so they scare them into behaving well because, God forbid, FC won't give them presents!

The wildly successful topic I was referring to was the one on the front page yesterday, called "The Worst Lie You've Ever Been Told". Had about seven, maybe eight pages. Probably more.

And also, the one I linked to wasn't just similar in title. The OP encouraged readers to do what you're doing now.

I'm going to stop now before this can be considered "flaming".
