I'm 29 and people usually think I'm in my early 20's. When I WAS in my early 20's, a guy tried to pick me up at the liquor store. He chatted me up and we exchanged numbers. He thought I was a cougar. Once he found out that I was his age, he immediately became disinterested in me.

I've had white/silver hair since I was a small boy, never been bothered about them, in fact I like how it adds a bit of color and character to my otherwise coal black hair.

It's everyone else that seems to have a problem with them though, either trying to pull them out (despite my protests! D: ) or saying it's a sign of stress.

I do feel like i'm getting older too fast, but not cos the hair, merely cos I wish my age was frozen at 20, it can only get worst from here.

I've found my first few gray hairs in my sideburns (and more than a few missing hairs on my head), and I've got arthritis in a couple of my joints due to old sports injuries destroying the cartilage.

I'm 32. All things considered I'm really not too bad off for a guy my age...but tell that to the women in their mid-20s who I like to date (y'know, the whole "want kids someday" thing. Can't go looking for chicks pushing 40.)

Well I know a guy who has had a bit of grey hair since he was 16 and has kept it. It is due to stress so no you are not aging to fast. Although this is coming from the guy who had to start shaving properly when he was 13 but I am sure there is worse out there.

Opposite. I'm nearly 20 and people seem to think I'm about 16 or 17.. I take that as a good thing, it probably means I will age well in the future too.

I'm 21, but I still get ID'd when I want to buy an 18 rated game or booze, and one of my mother's friends thought that I was still in high school. My brother on the other hand, has just turned 18 and (as far as I know) never been ID'd because he can grow a beard at the drop of a hat and is tall.

I'm 24 and going gray way faster than I'm comfortable with. Seems like I'm cursed with bad genes from my mom's side of the family, where almost everyone (both males and females) go gray at a really young age. With a little luck those same genes will keep me from ever going bald though.

I constantly feel like I'm older than I'm supposed to be anyway. There's little I wouldn't give to stop aging for just a couple of years.

One day I'm going to grow up to be a scientist and find a cure for aging, just you wait!

So, fellow Escapists, I just hopped out of the shower and to my horror, I saw a bundle of gray hairs on my hair. I'm nineteen years old, and I just laughed it off as I pulled them out. But that got me thinking, I ask you, have you ever felt like you're aging too fast, or not fast enough?

If you're worried about aging too quickly, I suggest moving faster. The closer you can get to the speed of light, the better.

I'm 16, but am often mistaken for someone more around the age of pre/early adolescence. However, that's none too surprising, considering that I have about the same mental capacity as someone that age...also, I'm not particularly busty, which could also be a factor.

However, I've got a friend who's just turned 17 a few weeks ago, and a lot of the time, people think he could be anywhere from age 19-24, as he's about 6'3" and has ridiculous sideburns.

Maybe it has something to do with ethnicity. All of my male Filipino friends have grey hairs and are all around 18.

I've had grey hair since I was 20. I'm 24 now and still get carded and asked what high school I go to if I am wearing makeup. Other wise the bags under my eyes give away my age.

I was 15 when those comments started. I'm 16 now, and they don't stop unless I shave. It's kind of awesome

You won't be saying that when you're 25. ;P

Pfft, I can't wait to look like an old man. If I woke up looking 60 and still feeling 16 tomorrow I would be cool, not like I care what people think about my looks anyway.

My family's genes kick ass. We simply don't look our age.

When I say I'm 27, people are always shocked. The whole family on the mother's side gets that.

Congrats on coming forward with the age thing. Most girls post-20 just won't talk about it. So stupid.
