For everyone commenting on the accents, yes, they were terrible, but they were intentionally over-the-top. They were meant to be stereotypically French, not accurate to life. : )

Glad so many people liked it!

Even better the second time! Probably the most Python inspired episode I've seen since "Dinosaur." When I first saw it I thought it was a riff on Crunchy Frog, but then it morphs into the Ja En Bavaria bit from the German Python episode... but the punchline is all new and really makes the whole thing work. Great writing Paul! Good to see Andy!

Note: When we saw it at PAX they had to pause it when the rival cafe's name was revealed for about thirty seconds of laughter and applause - I'd say that was a successful joke right there.

This was definitely my favorite episode since the move to the Escapist.

Yeah; you lost me with the trebuchet, until I had to look it up. Still, it was a funny video :D

Watching it at PAX East was hilarious. I'm just waiting for when you use all the bits you filmed at the panel into your latest feature.

Thank you LRR for your panel and for being so nice to me when I went up to say hi to you at your booth (I wore the chain chomp hat). Me and my friends loved the oh so important "notes" and signatures you put in my program book.

LRR posts three videos a week on the Escapist, but they are funny EVERY SINGLE TIME. How can they do this?
We could tell you, but then you'd know.

: ) Thank you!

Well, I wouldn't say I was completely unaware what it was. Andy flying in the air was a good enough context clue :p

I suppose some secrets are best left untold...

And you're welcome, but really it is I who should be thanking you. You create the comedy, all I do is enjoy it.

Oh lord I laughed so hard. I think the whole notion of having a catapult a packaged part of a meal struck me as purely ridiculous, so much so that I just cracked up. Especially when everyone persisted with it and acted so well.

Nice touch with the ending.

Thanks guys.
