You really need to watch the ISC that LRR dotwistedshadows said:I must say, that looked disgusting. I'm amused by how many people have said it looks delicious.
I agree, like man, use a real MANLY KNIFE. Dont be afraid to make a big mess when doing cooking. Because you know, manly man arent afraid of anything, and certainly not about getting dirty.Decabo said:I hear the manly, but I don't see the manly. Still a good episode.
your powers of deduction are unmatched. the ruse is up guys. might as well pack it in and go home.banthesun said:Man cooking was stolen!
Stiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiill looks like the South Park joke that Cartman did years ago. Obviously VEAS did it as a parody, but they certainly didn't make it up.Orcus_35 said:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNRHPJ4_SPsHileict said:Note; Beefcake is a South Park joke. So.. Uh.. Well played, VEAS?Orcus_35 said:"MANLY HAH!" XD that wierdly made me think of when i was watching the hbi2k Abridged videos, and after Berserk, and GAS, they made the VEAS, where they invented the "BEEF! CAKE! BEEFCAKE!!"
watch from 2.25
I hadn't seen those before, but it was funny!banthesun said:I'm going to go ahead and say what this made me think, and if afterwoulds the LRR people want to correct me that's fine, but upon watching that episode this is what I was thinking:
Man cooking was stolen!
Here [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M09tvnQDbBI] is a clip from an Australian TV show; Double the Fist. You might agree that it looks rather similar to this episode of LRR. This series was made back in 2004, but interestingly, the segement was uploaded just over a month before the first episode of Man Cooking appeared.
As I said before, I cant definitely say if it was stolen or not, but I would like someone from the LRR team to clarify this, as it seriously affected my appreciation of this episode.
And because I like it so much here's two [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FNzXkvQrPIg&feature=related] more [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BJ_2dbCuOmM&feature=related] DTF videos.
Okay, upon reflection (and reading Tim_LRR's response... You're still wrong. I watched that show before they were canceled. Not only did they air AFTER the first Man-Cooking episode, therefore making your argument invalid.. DTF isn't nearly as funny, nor did they do any hilarious cooking segments. They just acted stupid and blew shit up. Go QQ more, plox?banthesun said:I'm going to go ahead and say what this made me think, and if afterwoulds the LRR people want to correct me that's fine, but upon watching that episode this is what I was thinking:
