3. Left 4 Dead Series (My favorite)
How there is unlimited ammo and guns at the beginning and end of all levels and perfect pipe bombs scattered across each map...
I can't argue against unlimited ammo for pistols being ilogical, but all the weapons, pipebombs, ammo and things alike that they find could have been left behind by other survivors and the military, espicialy in the safehouses. (The end and beginning of all levels)

How does Moira Brown survive the explosion? I feel cheated of a massive victory. She was out scavving near by, presumably in the damn blast radius!

But it's OK since Mr. Minigun is always pleased to make new friends..
she was researching for the wasteland survival guide.
Yeah but how far away could she have been? Nuclear explosions are pretty big.

It would have been much more satisfying if she stood next to the bomb, I hate her so much.

I pick up a quest to go get 5 basilisk brains.

I kill a basilisk.

I loot it.

Wait, what? No brain?

I kind of like her. She might not be the prettiest, but she's got way more personality than the rest of the of the people around DC combined.

Logic fail? Having to go around hunting for keys when I'm carrying a shotgun/grenade launcher that will definitely blow that piece of crap door off its hinges.
To cure that problem play BF: Bad company

OT: I find it a small and always odd thing that in so called 'realistic' shooters, you can cahnge mag but not lose ammo for it :s, surley you wouldnt have the time to take out all the spare rounds and keep them somewhere in your MANPOUCH <------which is another gripe, Oh yes of course i will carry this sniper, shotgun, assault rifle, baseball bat and RPG in my leg, and yes that is both a pistol and SMG in my jacket.
That's why i play BF: bad company and other realistic shooters. I like only being able to carry two weapons MAX and usually one primary and a handgun.

in fallout 3 most super mmutants can take 2 point blank shotgun shells to the face
Yeah, but they're super mutants and they've always been hyped up to be bigger, meaner, and tougher than normal people... not that bright usually, but bigger, meaner, and tougher certainly.

OT:
Neverwinter Nights 2... okay, so I can either join the Guards or the Thieves to earn my way into the Blacklake District... but its such a flimsy looking gate... why can't I just knock the stupid thing down? Or since the thieves apparently found a "secret way", then why can't I look for it on my own? Or barring all other options... in the DND rules (on which the game is based), is there any plausible reason that I'm not able to simply climb over a relatively unguarded section of the wall? (like say... MOST of it) No... I've got to go through a string of contrived, yet fun quests to get through all of that... arbitrarily adding another hour or two to gameplay.

Prototype.
The military is on the lookout for a man who can morph, glide through the air and has superhuman strength. But their not the least bit suspecious about one of their own men running up the Empire State building with a fucking Taxi?
Or the fact that half of the personel of their base has gone missing , but the survivors keep going round in circles...Maybe they alll just needed a pee reallybadly?

There's a couple of good mods, one that assigns faction behvaiour to costumes, raider outfits cause raiders to ignore you, but guards will attack you. The same with enclave armour. There's also roleplaying mods that give your character a more specific/unique origin like being a ghoul or an enclave deserter.
Oooh, nice, It's on F3 Nexus I bet? Could you possibly link it?

Eve Online.

They have a character creator, but you never get out of your spaceship, so what's the point?

Oh don't worry, I loved Fallout 3 and that was pretty much the only problem I could think of on the spot.
Never mind the impenetrable barbed-wire fence surrounding Virginia & Washington D.C., nor the half-inch thick pane of glass that protects everyone behind it from lethal levels of radiation, or that Super-Mutants stay the same size for several years until POP they're thirty-feet tall, not to mention the fact that insects & arthropods that size are unable to survive on land.

Fallout 3 has a lot of logic problems other than the fact that the cars haven't blown up yet. Come to think of it, if the cars have so little fuel that they require refuelling wouldn't the fuel long since decayed into lead? Ignoring that a couple of handgun bullets can penetrate an extremely-well secured fission/fusion reactor but nuclear bombaredment can't?
My problem with the cars in Fallout 3 is that if there was a nuclear apocalypse, wouldn't the first survivors siphon the fuel out of those cars. I'm sure gasoline is worth something in a wasteland.

No, no, no..the biggest problem I thought was you could take a combat shotgun to the face and sleep it off.

I agree that she has a really good personality, but really... She never left her shop, even when I picked the lock she was there, so why wasn't she turned into radioactive dust? I know she has a pretty extensive quest, but if you blow her up, (as much of a dick move on Bethesda's part this would be) you should loose the ability to run the quest.

Generally all of STALKER except for the weapon mechanics.
Explain please? STALKER was incredibly realistic..ish..
Anomalies, odd pockets of radiation, radiation being cured by vodka, the fact you can drink a bottle of vodka and be pretty much fine (though you are Russian), the mutants, the ai coding. List goes on. I'm not saying STALKER is a bad game, in fact the STALKER series is one of my favourites in gaming, but if you're looking for realistic adventures, you can do better.
