LoL Dominion Beta - What did you think?

So, I popped on to LoL for a match this morning to the delightful surprise that the Dominion Beta was up for like, 3 hours or something. Anyone else give it a go?

I liked the setup, but wasn't entirely sure what each point did. It seemed like they had different reasons for existing, but nothing seemed all that changed when a point was taken.

And starting at level 3, making gold 5ish times faster and having a 4.5sec recall was nice, too. I doubt that'll be there after the Beta, though.

It was fun, but their efforts to promote a strategy beyond 'three-cap, turtle' fell short.

Fixed. And yeah, but I couldn't imagine what other classic maps there would be 10v10?

3v3 or 5v5, but different tilesets and layouts, maybe a small extra gameplay mechanic or two.

I would like to see a 5v5v5 kinda setup cos there could be all sorts of weird stuff happening with that (pushing one team into their base as another team is getting into yours, 3 way team fights ect)

It was meh honestly. Its never going to be balanced correctly because everything is balanced for SR. Its gonna be fun to play maybe once in a while when I get bored of SR, but really I don't see a point to this map overall.

talking as some1 who has played over 1700 games of LoL it was a breath of fresh air and any criticisms for it fall flat behind how fresh it felt
