Most JRPGs, as mentioned. And I clocked 24 hours on Far Cry 2 before beating it, and I didn't even do all of the side quests.

Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2 are pretty long. The Hitman games can get very long if you try to be as stealthy as possible and get Silent Assassin rank on every mission. Mass Effect is long. Fable 2 is a bit long if you take your time and do the sidequests. Thats all I really remember.

The last really long game I played was Star Ocean: The Last Hope. I think that took around 75/90 hours to complete the main story (grinding included, albeit I didn't do a ridiculous amount of grinding)

The story was pretty good for the most part even though it had its downfalls at times.

If you like JRPG's I'd definitely recommend it.

Lost Odyssey, hands down.
Agreed. 4 discs, each 10+ hours of gameplay (I had ten hours a disc without running around finding fun stuff). I loved that game.

Also, Cook is voiced by Lil from Rugrats. I thought that was silly.
Thirded. With side-quests, I spent over 60 hours on that game. I didn't even beat EVERY SINGLE side-quest either.

Xbox: Knights of the Old Republic /KotOR2
PS2: Final Fantasy 12, Timesplitters 2 (dependant on liking bot challenges, rubbish story), Resident Evil: Code Veronica,
PS1: Resident Evil 1-3

Thinking outside the Box:
If you can get a Gamecube cheap (which you can) I suggest the two Cube Metroid Primes. They're unique as far as gameplay goes and really well put together. Plus you'll take about 30 hours for each one.
The Resident Evil 1 remake (the greatest game remake ever by miles) and Resident Evil 0 are also excellent.
Zelda: Twilight Princess is also massive, Windwaker less so but still pretty big.

Kingdom Hearts 1 + 2 are both pretty long. If you want to go with only one of them, 2 is by far the best (although you'll probably miss a good deal of story).

Musashi: Brave Fencer for the PS1 logged me some serious hours of play. However, I was young, so it was harder. Still, though, fun action-adventure game.

I still haven't finished Lost Odyssey but I got sick of the bosses that horribly violated me in every way. T_T It's a very good game though and I'd recommend it.

Mass effect is tiny compared to most RPG's. I did is it three session's. Considering the whole epic "save the universe" storyline it felt like i was wasting time doing a few oddjobs on the side. I had no need for moeny or weapons anyway. There were no real rewards in thta game at all come to think of it.
Mount and Blade for the Pc, that game NEVER ends. Well at one piont you will get bored as you own everything in existance (thought theres still lots to do) and start a fresh and do it from another perspective. You make your own sotry in that game

LOL WUT
We can't have been playing the same games.
I still haven't completely finished Wind Waker, I utterly annihilated Twilight Princess in less than a week with only a few hours a day; the only thing left for me to do is the second quest about that Poe bullshit.

But to answer your question, OP, Okami was decent length, not 150 hours like some mentioned games, but pretty long, and you've probably already played it, but no one else seems to care about that.

Lost Odyssey
Tales of Vesperia
Blue Dragon

...for the 360 anyway.

EDIT : How many people actually read the OP - I thought he asked for certain console recommendations...

The first two Star Ocean games are very long. It supposedly takes about 200 hours if you really want to get everything.
