Longest ammount of time without showering?

Without showering? That would be 19 years (of course I did bathe during that time). I abhor showers, and as such only use them when baths are not available. Alas, this was true in my University accommodation. The longest time without bathing would probably be about a week.

If I added the long stretches on the road during both evacuations for Hurricanes Rita and Ike together along with the duration that the water services were out for, I still can't top 7 months.

I didn't realize the escapist was a british castle where we all drank tea sitting around a large table discussing politics. Maybe ill just post on the president or economy next time because those threads don't get old right? Surely you have something to contribute to the thread if not please don't post.

I am contributing. I'm defending somebody elses post & questioning the intelligence & possibly hygiene of people that create or respond to such a thread. Like I said it's not my intention to troll but most of the people commenting in this thread have VERY questionable hygiene

Well when I was younger I didn't like bathing. So the longest I went without showering was two days.

That's gross.. I shower everyday now. I've become somewhat of a germaphobe.

Maybe longer, it was awhile ago.

Recently about a week. That's because I didn't have any reason to leave the house and had a lot of work to do.

Mmmmmmm.
The longest time that comes to mind is also about 2-3 months. I remember it because our shower was horrible, and so was the water. I refuse to take showers that cause me undue amounts of pain.

I was curious about such a question because of what I had noticed when I came back from Bosnia in 2002. My mother then hadn't and still to this day I don't think she has since I returned. Oh, she also runs around town with shit all over her and I get heckled about it when I go to the store. I tried helping her but she doesn't want help and it seems her social workers don't care either. She'll die in her feces all I give a fuck!
