I played through all of Metal Gear Solid 4 in a single sitting. Since I didn't own the game, I had to finish it while a friend of mine was over at my house for the night. I believe the final playtime was somewhere in the neighborhood of 17 hours.
There have been a couple of days where I have had absolutely nothing to do and nowhere to go, which results in me playing games for unhealthily long periods of time. Think the longest I've probably played for will be about 10 or 11 hours. Wow that's a lot of hours that I'm not getting back.
24 hours, LAN, UT2003 launch party. We had an instagib CTF game on Bridge of Fate that lasted 2 hours. The final score was 1-0.

14 hours, local games at my fencing club's annual lock-in.
We played pretty much everything that had local multiplayer, from SSBB to CoD4. Does it not count because we played more than one game? Random funny thing: Between the eight of us we drank so much canned liquid beverage that we were able to build a little wall around ourselves out of the empty cans, 3 high.

Halo 3 local 4 player multiplayer and rock band(switched out incremently). Between me and my friends, we kept both going for a good 16 or so hours. That's dedication, and well being incredibly able to go with out sleep.
While I don't have a worthy length of time, I DO in fact have an embarrassingly long round of CTF. On halo pc, there's a dedicated server called (x) Tank Warz. There is no time limit, and the score to win is 10 flag captures. People usually just use the server as an unlimited slayer score match, and rounds can sometimes last as much as 10 hours before a team actually wins. The longest I've stayed on a single match would be 5 hours. At the end, I had upwards of around 600 kills and maybe 100 deaths (no shields+pistol+sniper >

none of you will believe me but when i was like 13, i stayed at my friends for like a week over summer, and he and i stayed up for 24 hours doing nothing but play LoZ: Ocarina of time...afterwards i passed out and my head hit my friend in the nuts. Ah fun times
I had an 8 hour game of control point (on TF2) once. The respawn time for the server was something insane (like 30 seconds) and, well, it took forever.
