Let's see, I know I spent a good 20 hours straight playing Halo 3 both online with my one gaming friend from my hometown and the campaign both in single player and multiplayer format. I probably spent a good 12 hours playing Rock Band with my brother. Let's just make a list here, because I don't buy games often, but when I do I play the shit out of them.

Keep in mind these are consecutive hours, not total.
Halo 3: 20 hrs.
Oblivion: 16-18 hrs.
Blue Dragon: about 25 I'd say. (regrettably)
World of Warcraft: Bout it on a monday in early july last year, finally stopped playing on Wednesday. And that's just the first time when I was learning about the classes and how to really play the game. Other times I've played consecutively for almost a damn week. Gotta love powernaps and a dad who works for Pepsi :))
Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow: I'd easily put in about 15 hours a sitting. Those games are addictive :(

World of Warcraft,

In Total according to played time ingame, 6321 hours.

Longest in 1 session, again wow, About 130hours ISH I'm not sure on exact numbers (Just over 5 days), when The Burning Crusade came out, went from 60-70 in One session, I wouldn't recommend that long gaming without sleep to anyone though =/ after 4 days I started halucinating and I can't remember 69-70 at all.

Well.... I would have to say either, Final Fantasy X, trying to beat Seymor Flux on Mt. Gagazet, spend about 15 hours grinding to afford the yellow bands to defeat his zombie/full heal attack. Almost couldnt play the game after that.

Or... The first Halo, a friend an I played from mid afternoon until early the next day (17-19 hours) beating it on legendary op-op the first day it came out.

Any time where my friends and I are around for the night, or vice versa, we always end up playing a videogame until at least 5 AM in the morning, usually starting whenever we meet, which is usually 10 AM the previous day. So that's 19 hours on an occasional basis.

Bought Lost Odyssey recently and I managed to play it for 8 hours without realising how much time I had spent. 42 hours into it, on disk 4 and I've only had it 6 days. What really surprises me is that I'm hopeless with JRPGs if I don't have a walkthrough, but I haven't even had a peak on one for this game. I also restart a lot and I've no idea why, but I've only done so once for this game. Maybe I'm breaking the habit of relying on walkthroughs and restarting...

I'd say the most I've played in one go is about 33 hours competing with friends at a party. I was especially proud because I was not only whooping them, but because I had not consumed any caffeine or confectionary.

I have the attention span of a six year old, so my longest single sesh was a measly 15 hours on the original Cannon Fodder, start to finish.

43 hours on GT1. All-time is probably Final Fantasy X. Completed it fully at least twice so 600+ hours.

I don't do online stuff being the misanthrope that I am.

I once did Deus Ex in one sitting, took a whole week. I was ahem, 'working from home' at the time. I only paused to collect/consume sustinance, empty the ashtray and sleep.

The Diablo games. Over the past five years, I have played those games for a total of at least several hundred hours, probably at least a thousand hours. I might actually have played Diablo II: Lord of Destruction for a thousand hours by itself. I still play it, I'm addicted, I can't wait for Diablo 3. And don't tell me they're not going to make it, they have to make it. They just have to.

EDIT: I just saw that everyone else was posting about one sitting and realised that's what I'm supposed to do, so here it is. I once played Halo: Combat Evolved for 16 hours. Didn't stop to sleep, eat, drink (I had a beverage and took a sip during some of the loadscreens, but that's it) or anything. My eyes were locked to the screen and my ass glued to my foam chair (you would not believe how comfortable that thing is, best 3 bucks my parents ever spent on me) the whole time. I only stopped because I had to clean the house before my parents got home or I'd get in a lot of trouble.

A two day LAN-party with my buddies at my place is the best I ever did. So that's 48 hours of playing various games. I'd guess Age of Empires 2 took up most of our time, since we played one single match once and it lasted 5 hours. We started that match somewhere in the afternoon and when we were done it was 6 o'clock. I never felt time pass that fast while being awake like it did then.

My record so far was at a gaming convention my gaming-association held, where i played Warhammer 40k (the original figure game) for about 25 hours straight, not 1 battle though :p, we played 2vs2, me and a mate with Imperial Guard against two of his mates with Chaos Space Marines, really damn even as well, we won every match we got to start, seeing as Imperial Guard has massive artillery/tank support, we basicly pwned them in 1 long range phase :p, but when they started, they managed to knock most of them out in their phase, so we had to rely on our troops, which wasnt a big match for their marines, anyway, thats the longest time i've played something in 1 "sitting" if i dont count MMORPGs, if i do, its about 30 hours.

The first day I got broadband I played Counterstrike 1.3 or 1.5 from the afternoon the workmen had installed it to the early hours two days later, so about 40 hours. It was the coolest game of the time for me and having latency in the teens and twenties was nearly miraculous.

Also my longest continuous gameplay was Project Gotham Racing 2 which took me close to two years playing almost every afternoon to finally complete all the platinum challenges and gain the fantastic TVR Cerbera.
