I collected all 30 pieces of the ship on Pikmin in one sitting. Beat Prince of Persia: Sands of Time in one sitting, too. Those were each around 25-ish hours. The latter I did without eating or going to the bathroom; it was during an interesting time in my life. Bioshock took two sittings.

I spent three hours playing the same level in Sonic Adventure 2, until I finally got the A-Rank. Take into account that the level took about five minutes to complete. There was a break for lunch, but that was the biggest beat-my-head-into-the-wall thing I've done.

Well for my friend's birthday he had a few of us round for the night, we had a mixed ten hour marathon of CoD4 and H3... Other that, never played for more than about three hours in one go.

at first it was 53 hours on Burnout 3, then I finished my second game of Mass Effect (mostly for Achievements) and realized I played for 72hrs.

The longest (in one sit in) was 12hrs on Team Fortress 2

Don't know how long, but the game would be EVE Online. Probably in the range of 8-10 hours.

The theoretical maximum for an EVE Online session is 23 hours, since the game shuts down for an hour at 1100 GMT for maintainence.

Depends really on your professional life. When I did Research I clocked around tops 12 -15 hours of World of warcraft. Sleeping a bit eating and more 15 hours, lol. I remember playing Contra on the Gameboy until it was burning hot. And several other games like Total Annihilation Skirmish mode for 8 hours+. Wow was the worst...

Then for another 10 after a wee bit of sleep. That was a good day

I played WoW for 30 hours on the release of the expansion, but did take breaks for meals and a couple showers to stay awake. As for the longest time I've stuck with a game over the years, I played Mechwarrior 4 for about 4, maybe 4 1/2 years.

I just broke my longest spree this weekend by playing FFXI from 3pm Sunday till 4am Tuesday making my longest spree 37 hours. BUT im going to beat the super mario world 4 day record.

My longest play session ever would be a 32 hours of Guild Wars when the game first launched.

I can't manage to play games for very long due to my exceedingly bad eyesight and predisposition to migraines, so the longest I've managed in one sitting is 6 hours on FF7 back when I had a PSX and first got the game. However, my total time on FF7 (many play-throughs) is well in excess of 400 hours.

Final Fantasy X - I had a stupid desire to try to make every single character complete the ENTIRE sphere grid. Never did it.

Second would be Call of Duty 4 for the Multiplayer - trying to complete every single achievement/task for the PC version.

played guild wars with my friend for about 11 hours straight (well technically not due to disconnects) we travelled from wherever you start after old ascalon, to the laguna swamp. At lvl 11 (it was a laugh)

if not that then bloody kingdom hearts 2. The game with the most false endings ever. had been playing it many hours, it was about half midnight, i figured "ah on the final boss fight, can't be far too go" 2 hours later i realised "final" may have been an understatement (that fuckwad seriously does not die) being sleepy did not help.

longest non continous time is the 1800 or so hours i have clocked up on Anarchy online over the last 3/4 years (still never got past level 90 ><)
