In one sitting I have played 15 hours of Dragon Age: Origins. If you wanted to know over all, I know I've played about 1500 hours in Oblivion. Probably something similar for the KOTOR games.

Do you mean consecutively? I couldn't tell you that since I don't remember, but as for the longest game I played, it is probably Fallout 3. I tend to explore and take my time when games are immersive like that and so I ended up with about a hundred hours logged by the end.
Civilization 3, 48 hours straight.
I knew it was time to turn the damn computer off when I saw Lincoln's disembodied head staring at me from the other side of the room from beyond the darkness.
Also, I managed to beat Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater in one sitting while aquiring -most- of the hidden stuff along the way, not sure how many hours I actually spent in front of my TV at the time, but it was defiately a lot.

Straight? Roughly two days, pausing only for washroom breaks and food/drinks. I believe I may have slept a couple hours at best afterward than went right back to that game to finish it.
If you want total numbers, be prepared for some seriously frightening hours.
1) Halo 2 - Over 3,000 hours, would not be surprised if it was over 4,000.
2) NHL 07, Suikoden II, RTK IX, Lunar and FFX all over 1,000 hours
3) Mass Effect is close to 500 by now, alongside Pokemon Blue, Legend of Dragon, RTK VIII and various other games.
