I've co-op every each Halo game straight (not as in all three in a row, but each individual at a different date with out breaks).
Other than that either Oblivion, or Fallout 3. I think I played Oblivion more over a few days, but only in sessions of an hour or two at a time. I spent a day from the moment I woke up to the moment i went to bed playing Fallout 3 when i first got it.

The longest I remember was when I played Metal Gear Solid 2 on PS2 in one sitting (including all cut scenes) from about 7am to 5pm. My eyes hurt after that.

Ookami, I played five to six hours a day for almost a week. I've never really gone much longer in one sitting.

When I was in high school, I could pull a 10-hour shift on occasion, and then go to bed with a splitting headache. I think the longest I've pulled would be 12 hours with Baldur's Gate 2. I had a Doors CD on repeat, to this day I can't hear Morrison's voice without being taken back to Athkatla...
I know what you mean, I played a lot of PSO (Dreamcast) while listening to the first Gorillaz album. Their second album reminds me of Crete because it was the only audio cd we had for the rental car.

As for the question, I'm not sure but probably either Dawn of War 1 (those RTS matches can take a while) or GTA San Andreas: talk about immersion, I'm still saying "fo-sho" rather than "indubitably."

If I were to play that game for the first time now (or Baldur's Gate 1) I would probably agree with you. But I have managed to play WoW for over 12 hours on more then one occasion. Mainly because I broke both my legs, and was extremely bored.

Warcraft 3, started the game after lunch and stopped playing around 7 the next morning. So about 18 to 19 hours.

Hmmm I was so excited when I found my old copy of FF VII over the summer that I killed 3 days STRAIGHT (pee break and had my bro get me food and only ate during battles) going through the game.

Second on has to be when I got my pre-order of FF XII and went a day and a half.

I don't have a problem with Final Fantasy.

Diablo 2, easily put in some 12 hour days as a kid

I know for my friend it was a 17 hour stretch of Digital Devil Saga 2 because I remember him coming over, saying how he bought this bitchin game, then stealing my couch for that duration of time.

Played LOTRO from 7 AM one day to 4 AM the next, whats that? 21 hours? The worst thing though is I have done it several times 'cause I just can't stop! Gotta get around that next bend, do that next quest, get that next reward, finish that almost done deed... good thing I am retired.

My brother and I frequently play L4D for 5-6 hours, which isn't really that long but for an 11 year old with a short attention span (my brother, not me) it's pretty noteworthy.

By myself? About 8 or 9 hours playing BF: BC online. It just doesn't get boring to me, at least not for a long time.
