For me, the Pokemon games as unfortunate as that is.
The game I've put the most time into that I don't regret playing so much would be Mass Effect; I've put over a hundred hours into it.
(I have probably put more time into Dragon Warrior 3 really and I don't regret it but I wanted to say some other kind of game than that.)

Three years of World of Warcraft at an average of about 5 hours a day (I've got nothing but free time, baby!.....*sigh*). I suppose approximately 5500 hours, though for special events I would clock closer to 10 or 11 hours daily, so my best guess is close to 5800-6000 hours total wow time played.
...oh, and a lot of resentment to show for it. I abandoned that habit ages ago, and it doesn't feel like time or money well spent.

Counting my combined Oblivion saves I've probably logged close to a thousand hours, thanks in very large part to Oscuro and Martigen.
Other games VERY high on the beaten-to-death/thousands of hours scale include Patrician 3, Port Royale 2, ESPN College Hoops 2K5, the Aerobiz games on the SNES, Alpha Centauri (which I've probably played hundreds of times over the last decade)...
If I had to guess I'd say I've got about a dozen games total I've put at least 1000 hours into in the over 25 years I've been a gamer.

Warcraft 3 would easily take this, but it doesnt log time so I suppose my most logged time would be in Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie, each with several hundred hours total.

According to the stats screen when I had my single free month of Xbox Live gold ages ago, I spent two days, three hours on Call of Duty 4 multiplayer.
51 hours...in a month...in between college...i can't see how I fit all that time in!
