My parents were out of town, I played Mass Effect for three days straight(minus toilet/food/water). When they came back I saved it, turned it off, and slept for a day.

Final Fantasy VII, for around 8 hours straight. One day I will have one of those sick gaming marathons of maybe L4D or some other fun game.

That being said, they aren't the games I've played the longest without realizing. Fallout 3 I've got at least 30 hours on each of my saves, and I have spent entire weekends on them, neglecting my friend and family.

In one session? 23 hours on EverQuet (straight) and on my main EQ character I have 205days, 22hours logged. Keep in mind, I have 9 active characters.
From nine till half three. I was like OH SHI- because I missed English revision.

I think, outside of hours on Music2000, the longest I've ever sat for one sesh in a game was probably Vice City or GTA III. I'd not had the PS2 long and it was my first Brand New console. That particular weekend it was Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings, but that was cheating 'cus I left the game to run and do the collecting of wood and stuff while I was out at work. So, for actual 'sit down and get lost in the game' it was a GTA game at around 25 hours. It wasn't until my stomach protested that I realised how long I'd been playing.
Solitaire, My Internet Was Down, And I Was Like "Bring On The Games" So The Solitaire Was All Like "Okie Dokie, Bring it On, Because It ... Is ... On!!! You Wanna Press That "Yes" Button Underneath The Message Saying "You Have Won! Would You Like To Start A New Game". Yeah? Well Then, IT - IS - ON!!!!!!" And Then I Had No Idea I Had Played It 5 Hours Not Stop *Blushes*

I can not tell how long my longest single-session game while not keeping track of time was, sins I was not keeping track of time. Logically between 10 and 14 hours.
I did play a Empire Earth 1 match for like 64 hours. Does that count?

Eighteen hours god I love Fallout 3. Oh and on oblivion I have six thousand hours you sir are an addict =P.
Warcraft 3, I started playing at 7am and b4 I knew it, it was already 5pm. I wasted one cold, wet, shitty British Winter day that day...
