Looking for a new RPG.

Well, I was going to say Lost Odyssey, but seeing as you don't like jrpgs, I think all the good ones have been mentioned. Never mind the fact that LO was created by the creator of Final Fantasy, who hasn't been involved with any of the FF games since 12, and his hand was kinda forced with 10 and 12. I thought it was a pretty solid rpg with good story and solid mechanics.

Check out Divinity 2: Dragon Knight Saga. It's a beautiful game visually, it's got a pretty solid story, and the game has a really great sense of humor about it without ever feeling like parody. It's pretty fun... I'd check it out.

How about....Diablo 2? Get some good practice for Diablo 3 before it is released. You should have plenty of time.

I'd like to help you, but the 360 has very few WRPGs/JRPGs I can stand by. If you're willing to buy a PS2, I can help you a lot better...

Thanks so far everyone just to clarify, i'm not intrested in any kind of JRPG's, and open-world/sandbox-esque are my ideal choices, but any suggestions are appreciated

If you are open world/exploration guy, Bioware games aren't the best choice (except Baldur's Gate).

Arcanum - unfinished, buggy, but original. A lot of freedom and memorable quests. Just remember to install unofficial patch.
