Okay, so I like all genres of music, bar the stuff that makes my ears bleed, ie, that screamo stuff, I'm not here to judge, except I dont like it, and I was wondering what the wide world of the Escapist listened to, and what you would suggest for me to listen to. Like I said, anything is fine, from the old fashioned Simon and Garfunkel to Bruno Mars or Cee Lo Green, and anything in between, from James Blunt (dont judge) to The Beatles :)
So, any music that I should listen to? Suggestions :)

The only one in this list that I haven't already got on CD/iPod is Journey. Are they good? And you'd be surprised how much I listen to things like Queen, Bowie and the Beach Boys :)

Jason Mraz! He's my favorite singer, so he's my first suggestion. I recommend him to everyone. I also like
James Morrison
Tristan Prettyman
Train
Tori Amos
Counting Crows
Any of those are good :)

In what context would you listen to this music? I had a hard time listening to it.
You need context to listen to music? Regardless theres A LOT of different styles and genres. I just posted something I like.

Perhaps something like this is more to your taste?

I do like that much better. I can nod my head to it and dance to it.

The other one sounded so ominous that I was curious when I would ever listen it.

Context isn't always necessary, but it helps sometimes.

Actually, as I listen more to that second song, I really like it. Thanks.

You seem to have decent taste, so you've probably already got these. Nonetheless...
Bon Jovi
and
Billy Joel
