Looking for Tactical Turn-based RPGs on PC

Now if only we could get some good tactical turn based rpgs for the ipad and android with good controls, but for now though i might want a Disgaea style game ill make due with roms.

though if anyone has found any id love to hear

Also on the PC, there's Eador: Masters Of The Broken World. It's cheap on Steam and it's very good. Similar to HOMM.

I've always been a big fan of handheld and console turn-based tactical RPGs like Disgaea, Final Fantasy Tactics, Tactics Ogre, Fire Emblem, etc. However, I've sold most of my consoles and I'm looking for games in that style for PC. System requirements are a non-issue, as I can run pretty much anything at max on my computer.

crap. Can't recommend emulators. Err, umm...

Frozen Synapse is a turn-based tactics game, but doesn't really have any RPG elements.

Other than that, can't think of anything.
