Clue [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088930/]. Yes, a movie based on the board game. It has Tim Curry and Christopher Lloyd, what more need be said?

Yeah, I love Clue as well. As for a favourite dark comedy of mine, it was a cartoon series that aired on BBC three a while back called Monkey dust now that was dark. The Ivan Dobsky and Mr. Hoppy parts can be unsettling. I don't know if you can watch the show outside of the UK, but if you can it is worth checking out.
