Fable 2, hoping for June according to dev blog by Mr Molyneux.
- You've seen Yahtzee's review of the original Fable. Don't expect anything from Peter Molyneux!
Nah, don't let him fool you, the original had its glories.

DMC4 (Feb 5th)
Brutal Legend (NOT FAST ENOUGH)
LittleBig Planet (NOT FAST ENOUGH. Originally slated for February, pushed back to a TBA date. Looks Septemberish last I heard)
Heavy Rain (Couple months)
L.A. Noire (2009)
Tekken 6 (I forget)
MGS4 (Couple months)
God of War 3 (TBA)
Infamous (No clue)
Spore (couple months)

Paying attention to, but not 100% sure I'll like:
DC Universe (TBA)
Turok (Feb 5th)
WarDevil (TBA)
Viking: Battle for Asgard (TBA)
FallOut 3 (couple months)

Those are all in production (a lot are PS3 exclusives, but not all of them). Spore is the only one coming out for the PC and not PS3, to my knowledge. DC Universe (I think), Spore, and FO3 are the only PC games, I believe.

Frontlines: Fuel of War - A Battlefield style game, by the guys who made the stunning Desert Combat mod for Battlefield 1942. Battlefield 2142 was sadly flawed and had an unfinished feel, Quake Wars hasn't done much for me, and the Battlefield and Battlefield 2 games have gotten old. So I really hope that this game will be be interesting, since I really do like the large scale teamwork based war games.
I recall reading something about this several months ago, and then not hearing much since. Then, this weekend, I found a demo of it on Live. Since I had work I was supposed to be doing, I downloaded it and played it. Far more enjoyable than I was expecting, and now I'm somewhat looking forward to it coming out. I can honestly say that I've never had as much fun flying a remote controlled helicopter in a First Person Shooter before. It helps that it had a seemingly unlimited supply of rockets, and that it was invincible (playing through the demo on Casual), but nonetheless, remote heli, through a building, sweeping out all the baddies before I go in? Hard to think of anything quite as fun.

OT++:
Spore*
Brawl
Brutal Legend* (One person was asking about Doublefine's next project: This is it.)
Fable 2*
Whatever Valve is doing (Ep3, Portal 2, etc)
Clancy: ENDWAR* looks like it might have potential

Ichimaru, you mention KotOR 3? I wasn't aware that it was in development. Fact or rumor?

Wellington says something from Team ICO, and I would be looking forward to such a thing as well if I knew one existed.

And, like RentCavalier, why am I thinking about games not yet out? I'm so far behind on what already IS out! Rock Band is in the mail, need Guitar Hero III, Assassin's Creed, Bioshock, Halo 3, Mass Effect, Call of Duty 4, and since I've just recently acquired the 360, I will also be needing Crackdown, Gears of War, GRAW2, The Darkness, Dead Rising, and having really enjoyed the demo, possibly Ace Combat 6.

There are not enough hours in the day to fit in the job that will pay for it all, all of the games that need playing, and last (but not least, not by far) meeting women.

*Indicates final judgment is being reserved until closer to release. Otherwise, to be purchased on sight.

Deadspace mayhaps?

Which reminds me, I'm looking forward to finding out if I'm man enough for Left4Dead. The game looks great, but sometimes my nerves get the better of me.
