I implore you to get Fallout 2

Had that for a while been meaning to play it, is it better than fallout 1? I found that quite disappointing.

I disagree with the above poster. Your first choice should definitely be buying from GOG, rather than the extended rental terms of Steam. They've got a slew of games ranging from twenty years ago to brand new, of just about all genres.
