Okay, so get this: It would be a humorous, kid-friendly retelling of the LOTR saga, with all of the remotely gruesome parts edited out. It would follow Aragorn and his hobbit buddies, right? And they would have flashes during combat instead of blood, and it would be about how they had to solve puzzles and collect random crap instead of running pell-mell all the way to Mordor. Maybe there would be some kind of framing device, like Sam telling his kids about the adventure long after the fact. Also, instead of the king prince second understudy of darkness, Sauron's just a mean old man in a bathrobe and a wizard's hat.

Hah! It's a good thing that won't ever happen!
