Get a few good books and read them. It's a completely different experience due to books being an un-interactive medium, but they still engage your imagination, and it probably won't hurt your vocabulary either, especially if you're into foreign language literature.
After a few days or weeks the urge to play games will hit you again. :)

I find myself in this exact situation. It's like, the idea of games is boring me now, and that I can't seem to find what appealed to me before?

I am distracting myself more with other things now, finding other things of more interest to me; music, television, going out with friends... Actually, the same thing is happening amongst my friends. There was a time when we used to hang out and play video games. We don't really do that as much anymore. We'll sit, drink, play cards, watch The Fresh Prince together... It's like the whole faze of video games is over.

I burned myself out on games last month, I'd been playing MW2 multiplayer every night. A few days off and I'm back to enjoying myself again.
