Well, my parents aren't role models I look up to in anyway anymore and I certainly don't look up to anyone on TV these days.

Tell me Escapist, who should I look at as an example of awesome/morality/success?

ok dude, look: did you always try to act like your mam and dad? always tried to reach their expectations? because you shouldn't. sorry if i'm sounding too philosophical, but you should try to be yourself dude: you should try to decide what's awesome, you should try to decide what moral, you should be you. your mam and dad should try to help you decide what you think is right or wrong, and help you find thing's that are awesome, but you decide yourself what your beliefs should be, you should decide for yourself what is awesome.

i mean, look at the reason's you don't think you're mam or dad are good role model's: even inadvertently, they've helped you decide what's right or wrong. really, the rest is up to you.just try to be yourself.
