A majority of the games on gog.com don't have demanding system requirements.

How demanding would you consider to be "demanding?"

I would considering TF2 not to be a very demanding game, but there's still plenty of people who can't play it.

You should probably post your specs if you want us to be able to give you any solid info.

Compared to my PC, most games, save a handful, aren't very demanding.

*Elitist **** mode off*

Anyway, anything on GOG, most F2P games are fairly low, mmo's etc. Would help if we got more info out of you as far as preference is concerned, but that's off that top of my head.

Basically anything off GoG and many indie games are low system requirement but a game I like that has low requirements is Divine Divinity.

well theres fallout, go play it and be astonished how much better it is than fallout 3.
you ccan get it on steam though id say get it on gog, that version is actually made to work on newer systems.
also league of legends is not demanding at all especially not on the lower settings, heres a link to it.

If you are into strategy games you can try Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion or if shooters are more your thing Team Fortress 2 is free and quite scalable.

Do you like adventure games? Should give Gemini Rue a go if you do.

On top of telling us what kinda games you like, mind posting your specs? That way it's much easier to find stuff that's guaranteed to run.

Anything released before 2005 should run on even a modern trash can. Go for any of those, there's lots of them.

First off, don't use the term 'sysreq' ever again because it makes you look like an ignorant caveman. Secondly, look for 2D based games they generally have low system requirements.

Urm low spec games...I can think of a load and they can mostly be characterised by age? The term low spec changes year to year so I cannot tell you what will work well and will not.

2d games are generally a safe bet as are older games. Just learn what your PC has, go to run and type dxdiag and not the graphics, processer and ram, then when looking at a game make sure your system exceeds the recommend requirements by a decent margin.

psychonauts runs great because of it's age but it has great artstyle and really sharp controls. half life 2 is a game that scales well to all types of hardware, like someone already set, many games from 2005 and earlier are easy to run, exept maybe games like fear and farcry (depending on the definition of low spec ;)
offcourse games like supermeatboy and binding of isaac are low demanding aswell ;)

edit: lol i can go on all night thinking of games that are easy to run and are great but as a last thought, battlefield 1942/ starwars battlefront (1 or 2) and max payne are some that pop up in my head.

Have fun :)

VVVVVV. If you can't play that, you are obviously using something less powerful than a bloody graphing calculator.

Terraria.

If this were 20 questions, your expecting an answer after answering, "animal vegetable or mineral ". Giving a specific game is meaningless. Best reccomendation I can give is "Indie". Good Indies games do a whole lot with very little, and lots of them use minimal hardware to provide something clever that still has modern design sensibilities.
