lucid dreaming is when you control your dream. you can do anything in this dream and remember it all. its easy just look it up later but for this thread is to ask what you would do in this dream remember you could talk to any one do anything be anywhere you want to be for the whole time you are asleep ever night.

EDIT: you have to learn this through self training. if you want to learn how to do this join my Hypnotism Group.

I've never experienced anything like that. In my dreams I'm always the central character and always as myself, but I'm never able to control what is going on around me. I just sit back, enjoy and hope I remember it when I wake up later on. I've lost too many awesome dreams simply because they fade away after I'm awake for a while.

The last dream I remember having was like.... 3 years ago, so I wouldn't really know.

I've only ever remembered one drem in my life, and it was a nightmare...

It would probably consist of various fantasy/sci-fi worlds put together, Where I'm not the most powerful person, but I can definitely kick most peoples/things asses.

My lucid dreams are usually pretty awesome, lots of gunfights and explosions.

And flying, the flying's always a highlight.

I don't believe I've ever had a lucid dream because I've never been able to control what happens. I think I'm close though, because in most of my dreams (that I remember, at least), I'm aware that I'm in a dream and therefore do not fear any death or injury that my mind may conjure up for me. I expect to wake at any moment.

Every lucid dream I have ever had was completely out of my control.
It was pretty frustrating. I couldn't do anything I wouldn't be able to do in real life.
All I could really do was sit around and watch all the weird shit my subconscious wanted me to see unfold.
Sometimes my brain would conjour up people I know to try and get me back into it, but I just couldn't be fucked.
I knew it was a dream then. It's hard to play along when you can't do anything fun.

I guess...
Sometimes (pretty occasionally, actually) I realise that I'm actually dreaming. Thing is, I proceed to use this and dream of whatever I want to dream of, but I wake up very soon afterwards--> I can't properly enjoy it =(

I had a lucid dream once, that would have turned into a great film. Never wrote it down, still have it in my head.

Most recently I impersonated a character I am writing a fanfic about (original character, that is). I remember smoking cigarettes, although I have never smoked.
Btw, that character is a powerful demon living undercover in a small american city.

Most of my dreams are completely insane. I've had one or two lucid dreams in the way that you describe (which goes to show that it doesn't necessarily have to be self-taught), but, as I say, most of them are just a collection of complete crazyness.

During those lucid dreams I didn't actually realise that I was dreaming, so I more or less just acted normally, unfortunately. If I were to have one where I DID realise I was dreaming, and acted accordingly, it would probably be very violent, and, uh..what zauxz said.

I think im quite a natural at controling my dreams. When things get serious or scary i just change the surrondings.

Call me a liar, then.

When i have those dreams, its more i am in a metaphorical landscape based on my past, present and (shockingly enough) future. What i do in this dream i control completely, but its like the landscape adapts to what i do and sends me a message.

Lots of sex, coupled with meeting every historical/iconic figure I've ever wanted to meet. Well, that and witnessing every historical/iconic even I've ever wanted to witness.

I have become aware that I was dreaming in a handful of dreams, and while I can control my own actions once I've achieved awareness, I have a hard time exerting any direct control on my surrounding.

This one time I did conjure up my subconscious to talk to. That was cool.
