Meeting myself would be awesome, how does one go about doing this?

Lucid dreaming is AWESOME!!! I've done it a couple of times and the dreams were always effed up. But having full control is cool :p The one I remember the best was about 6 years ago where I go just run and jump and fly, but only when people weren't looking. It was so frustrating trying to show people...

(To answer some questions, in my opinion, lucid dreaming is the dreaming where you have full control and can actually make decisions. Not like normal dreams where you are just "along for the ride". It is like comparing a linear game to a sandbox game I suppose.)

I also tend to have lucid dreams in which I can jump really, really high. Like seven-story buildings high.
the exact thing happens to me all the time, its really awesome! isn't it!

What tends to happen is me trying to change direction in mid-air upon fear of landing hard on the "ground," so what I do is change direction and fall into pools, then bounce back up.

I never realize I'm dreaming. Like, when I'm having a dream I always think it's real and don't realize until I wake up. I wish I could lucid dream.

Sorry, I could ask him how he did later, but I don't really know.

Idk how or why but lately whenever I do have a dream it is nearly always a lucid dream. For example, the other night I had a dream where these people where trying to get me to do stuff but then I was like "screw that I'm just gonna fly away" then I did. :)

I see my conscious(es) as more of the cartoon angel/devil on the shoulder deal. I can visualize them inside my head, rather than as a dream muse type of thing. Though, they can, and do, make frequent appearances in my dreams...

For Wheel Of Time fans, it's more Lews Therin, and less Birgitte. That's the easiest I can put it.

Hey guys, the other day, my friend told me about lucid dreams, but didn't really get into it. I just know the basics, but what is it like?
EPIC: When I lucid dream i get force powers usually.

It depends on the context. If they're important-seeming, but don't reoccur, they represent an event. If they're reoccurring, they're an extension of personality and self. If they don't seem important or authoritative, they could be just a collection of leftover parts of a dream.

That's as far as I know about it... :/

Hmm, so my friend, with the recurring tall, faceless, red dress female? What part of his personality would that be from?

Going on just that, I'd say it's the outgoing female aspect. Being tall suggests she's dominant, the red dress emphasizes femininity, while the faceless part suggests that as a personality she gets used more than other aspects in your friends' life.

I love lucid dreaming. If I wasn't dreaming, it'd mean reality would bend to my whim. That would be awsome.

Yea, but he is my best friend, isn't really that feminine. He denounces religion a lot, is sort of crass, just really not that feminine.... at all.

Not feminine as in super-girly or what-have-you, just like a little talkative? Likes (or at least doesn't mind) to be around people? Aspects are part of a whole. They wouldn't exert their complete influence unless you have DID, or something like it.

Besides, I'm just going off what I've learnt and experienced. Not exactly textbook and symposium stuff...

Oh, ok, now I understand. yea, that sounds like him. he spent like 2 whole hours talking about black holes the other day. Also, what is it like when you change the environment, cna you just do simple things, or can you basically wipe the land with the very images of your head, like say, I turned my whole dreamscape into a communist utopia, could I just channge the little things, or would everything change to suit the image?
