Lulsec has disbanded!

I don't know if this has been reported in the escapist forums already, forgive me if it has.
It seems that famed internet hacktivist group "lulsec" has disbanded. According to some reports, this is because the have reached their quota of exactly fifty days of ?lulz? http://technologymob.com/2011/06/the-end-of-lulzsec/

Some comments i read though suggests that they disbanded because they were exposed and their information compromised, these are the links.

Oh, don't be too surprised if they get caught anyway. You know what Americans are like. (I do, 'cause I live here!) Bit of the obsessive-compulsive when it comes to things like this. Just you wait. Some politician's going to call it the "War on Hacking" and then we'll never hear the end of it. Might get results, but it'll be an earful for the next ten years.

Pfft. No, the heat is on them and they needed to disband before someone caught them.
You can't stay "public" like that forever when there are people with actual resources and trained personnel looking for you.

But I suppose them trying to justify one last trolling attempt is perfectly in their line of thinking.

Either way, good riddance. They served no useful purpose and weren't even entertaining.
