They already did take down the CIA website, or at least thats what I heard.

Damn, you scared the shit out of me.
They won't succeed because the only people who managed to do so are the Chinese, and they're nowhere near as advanced as the Chinese.

Does a DDOS count? Cause they already did that to the CIA website. Almost 90% sure it was them.

That's their website.. That's not their servers and what not... A website is not that big of a deal, they would never store anything of that much importance on there.
