If you really want to show your love just make a prison deck. The advantage here is that it can either symbolise how you feel trapped by the relatioship or it can represent how you'll never let them leave depending on how you feel.

Also playing agaisnt a prison deck is a great way to test a relationship.

It's a long shot, but the only thing that comes to mind is Pacifism, which has a flavour text about a warm fuzzy feeling inside.

However, I reckon that a white deck is in order, and one could feature a bunch of sweet-ass angels. Or Elesh Norn; she's pretty loving...

Make him a zombie deck and say something-something UNDYING love...

There are Squirrel cards? I have truly missed out. There's something a bit sexy about the elves too, they all look athletic and frisky. Or maybe I'm just equating them with Zevran.
