There is a huge difference between listening to and acting on complaints.

Huge difference.

I won't be getting a Xbone, why would I do that when my PC does everything it does, and more, often times a hell of a lot better then what I've seen of this console.
Because you have to click your mouse to do stuff on the PC. With the new Xbone you can simply talk to an inanimate object and flail your arms around!

Hey Microsoft? What's the sound of one hand clapping?

Be clear and speak if you're going to speak or not at all.
This isn't fucking difficult.

Well I believe this does comform that the new Xbox was going to have the rumored DRM set up. I take this statement as meaning that there has been such negitive out cry about it they are trying to figure out the minimum they need to change/how to spin it as a positive to regain public support.

Its funny but for some reason killing used game sales bothers me the most even though the last used game I bought was about 3 years ago at least, so the used game sales market going away would not really affect me. On the other hand the once every 24 hours internet connection would hugely affect me since I travel quite often for work, somtimes months at a time and where I go I might not have an internet connection (or at least a good one).

I like my 360, and was originally planning on getting the next generation one as well, but unless those two things change I no longer will be purchaseing it.

Yes, this is probably how they're listening:

When people buy the thing anyway, why are they going to care?

Win7/8 has pretty decent voice controls, but you have to go through the trouble of training it to your voice.
