Majora's Mask on the 3DS

Its my favorite, and seeing all they did with OoT, I know they can this masterpiece even better.

I don't see it happening. Majora's Mask is one of the Zelda games that falls under the "Strange & Weird" banner of the whole series. And there's also the fact that it is always out-shined by it's older brother in many people's eyes.

Pretty much this, MM is my favorite Zelda game, it has so many replaying opportunities.

Didn't the say a while back that they didn't have any interest in remaking any more games for the 3DS after OoT, at least right away?

Honestly, I'd love to see it done. MM is tied with WW as my favorite Zelda game. It's unique, has a very interesting time and mask mechanic to make it stand out from the usual 'go to dungeon A, get item A, go to dungeon B, get item B' idea. Here's hoping, but I doubt it'll happen.

It would turn me from a "maybe eventually" 3DS buy to a "definitely eventually" 3DS buy.

Majora's Mask, IMO, improved on literally everything that OoT had.

I recently found OoT on my brother's Wii. Before playing that one, I had no interest in Zelda. Now Nintendo has my attention caught.

Though I still stand by the fact that no one game warrants a full console purchase, and two games is a very, very big stretch (especially two very similar games from the same series). When the 3DS gets more good games (and more than just Nintendo games), I'll look into playing something else on it.

Meanwhile, a remake of Majora's Mask might be a pretty good idea. It won't dig the money out of my wallet unless something else new and interesting comes with it, but it will get a lot of other people to buy it.

We're getting a number of good titles this year. Mario Kart 3D, Super Mario 3D, Kid Icarus, Smash Bros. 3D, Paper Mario 3DS, and more. All those titles will probably be worth getting.

Even if its just another bullshitty graphical update and a minor tweak they had PLENTY of chances to fix in other game releases, I would approve, I love Majoras Mask.

With Majora's Mask and Ocarina of Time on the 3DS the thing would become a must buy for me. Well it would if it got some decent 3rd party support. I'm secretly hoping that Nintendo re-releases Wind Waker somehow though. >>

I do ask for one thing only. Since OoT3D was unflinchingly accurate with the style of its concept art, I ask MM3D to do the same: namely, those stark, hard shadows and darker hues need to make it into the art direction.

Well, this is probably out o' date information, but last I heard they were thinking about releasing a LTTP remake in 3D for the 3DS. I think that'd be fantastic.

Although my boyfriend would shure be delighted about Majora's Mask in 3D. Which is just fine by me.
