This was inspired by the thread discussing people who enjoyed MM more than other Zelda games (myself being one of them). When I was young I kept thinking to myself how amazing it would be to have those masks in real life, but which ones? So let's have some fun and pick out our favourite masks.
Here are the rules. First) You can only keep one transformation mask (excluding Giant and Fierce Deity) so do you want to be able to transform into a Deku, a Goron, or a Zora?
Second) You can keep two of the other masks, for covenience sake I'll only include masks that have some sort of practical purpose in the real world, I'll include a list in the spoiler tag for reminders.
My own personal choices would be Zora for the transformation mask, as being able to swim in the sea like a dolphin would be goddamn magical. And I can shoot boomerangs out of my arms!
Secondary would be Mask of Truth (partly because I own a cat and a dog and I'm really really curious) and the All-Night Mask (because I'm a university student, that should clue you in as to why). So escapist, what are your choices and why?

All-Night Mask: In essence this mask prevents you from falling asleep for as long as you wear it.
Bomb Mask: This mask is a reuseable explosive on your face. Just to make this more useable for reality, we'll say the blast doesn't hurt you.
Bremen Mask: This mask allows you to march and perform a catchy tune, as you do so, animals will follow you and if they happen to be young they will rapidly age to adulthood.
Bunny Hood: Boring but practical, allows you to run extremely fast, jump furthur and higher. However you're wearing bunny ears on your head.
Captain's Hat: For real life we'll say this hat when used makes dead bodies rise up and start dancing.
Circus Leader's Mask: You make people cry uncontrollably.
Don Gero's Mask: You can speak to frogs and make them sing as a band.
Kamaro's Mask: You can flawlessly perform a seductive dance, implications up to you.
Keaton Mask: Will make giant yellow foxes jump out of the ground and challenge you with a quiz, if you win you get money. Reuseable.
Mask of Scents: Greatly enhances your sense of smell to super human levels.
Mask of Truth: Allows you to hear the thoughts of all animals, but you can't speak to them.
Postman's Hat: Err... you can rummage through people's mail with impunity.
Romani Mask: Let's just say it allows you to enter any establishment, entertainment or otherwise, and no one will comment on the fact you're wearing a cow on your head.
Stone Mask: Makes you invisible. Oh yes.
