Ninja class...

100 HP

Shurikens, a Katana and Smoke Bombs...

Super fast, and can attach to walls, also quite hard to see in shadows, but turrets can see them.

1: Silenced Magnum - Pretty Much the spy's weapon.
2: Mine/tripwire - Either dropping a mine with a blast/trigger radius or clicking two points to place a tripwire.
3: Barricade - Either canvas that blends automatically into the background, a portable shield or simply an impassable chest high wall.
4: Spy Cam - Enemies in LoS can be seen by allies, picked out in gold or something obvious, even through walls.

The Saboteur/Snitcher.
A hobo-like class, scavenging other class's guns for himself, gaining minicrit bonuses versus the scavenged enemies.
baseweapons : stronger pistol(like a scattergun is to the shotgun), Joink-a-tron, lead Pipe, and a shocker, which deals about 20 damg and slows the target.
HP: 125.

Mad hatter. He is made of hats and every time he kills you he gets one of your hats until he has all the hats in the world and builds a hat fortress inhabited by hat people wearing piles of hats on their heads!

HAAAAATS! Goddamn hats everywhere! It's not Hat Fortress 2 it's Team Fortress 2! WHY are there so many expensive goddamn hats? Oh and the TF2 team is not content with merely ruining one game with hats, they have to add hats to PORTAL! I expect Gordon Freeman will beat the Advisors by throwing hats at them! I HATE HATS!

The game WAS is balanced as it is, it does not need another class.

There is actually a form of game with him, servers have a mod that includes him as a sort of Juggernaut type character, him versus an entire team, look for Vs Saxton Hale as the game type its wicked fun

Operative.
Health: 130
Movement speed: Akin to Demoman.
Unique ability: In possession of a pair of rocket boots which allows the Operative to launch himself into the air for three seconds. Cooldown period about 20 seconds.

Primary weapon: Submachine gun.
Secondary weapon: Electronics jammer. Can momentarily disable or reprogram sentries, teleporters etc. For example, an Operative using the jammer on an enemy teleporter can allow players of the opposite team to travel through for a very limited period of time.
Melee: Fisticuffs. Marquess of Queensberry rules!

These are idea's compiled from what some of my friends and I have come up with over the past year or so. They made the cut from about 5 class's we came up with (Hacker and Executioner being rejected). These are just ideas, however short bios, weapons stats, and even hats are being thought of, which I'll post if I'm not chewed out and get some real comments/questions.

dear god i was thinking the same thing!

more of the line of a dedicated melee class. that one class they do not have in TF2.

might be a ripoff of Monday Night Fights tho XD

Weapon 1: Kabob Rifle

Weapon 2: The Meat Cleaver or The Tenderizer (would do less damage, but make the target take more damage for a short while)

Weapon 3: Meat Loaf (can be used or dropped for team mates to heal the user).

If you want any type of fully automatic rifle in TF2, you missed the point of TF2. There's a reason the closest thing to an assault rifle is an SMG with terrible accuracy (which is, incidentally, an amazing weapon coupled with the Sydney Sleeper. Tag 'em and bag 'em.)
