Shepard is standing on a small blue planet with all of his friends around him saying "congratulations"
What, like Shepard finally gets to the Catalyst and finds it's a Shiba Inu dog pressing the buttons and sliders on a control console?
The Crucible shrinks the reapers down to 3 inchs, after being shrunk to a tiny size the reapers are defeated. Afterwards Tali, garrus, and shepard are relaxing on a beach at Rannoch, from time to time taking pot shots at a few reapers for target practice.

Having fought their way to the Citadel control centre, Shepard and Anderson have a well-earned sit down and a cup of tea. Shepard says "Well, we did it. We can finally destroy the Reapers." Anderson turns to him and says "No, Shepard. YOU ARE THE REAPERS." Then Harbinger flies past singing the Trololo song.
You then have two options as Shepard gets up and walks over to the console and Anderson asks him what he thinks he's doing. Paragon option is "Fucking this noise, sir," before slapping the console and turning all the Reapers to delicious porridge with the power of SCIENCE, while the pair muse on the finer details of how the hell that constituted a Paragon option.
The Renegade option is for Shepard to say "Finishing this fight, sir," then laughing manically as the whole universe is consumed by an entity feared even by the Reapers: plagiarism claims.
You then have two options as Shepard gets up and walks over to the console and Anderson asks him what he thinks he's doing. Shepherd, when asked to choose an ending, goes towards destroy. When shep gets on the destroy platform, shep faces the node, then turns around and starts walking. When shep reaches the edge of the citadel a tiny chrome reaper appears out of nowhere and turns into a surfboard. Shepherds whole body gets metalized, if she was female she turns into a man, and he uses the power to save the galaxy from the reapers. This still destroys the relays though.
Realizing that no one would accept him in this form, Shep flies away and lives on a different planet for a long time. Then one day a giant evil entity called galactus comes to try and destroy his world. Scared, he makes a pact to become its herald, searching for planets for galactus to consume in exchange for safety of his "home" world. Eventually he reaches earth, but was away for too long and didn't recognize it. Before he could make a horrible mistake, the fantastic four stop him from harming the earth, he destroys galactus, and they all live happily ever after.

Shepard and all his squadmates from all 3 games confront the Godchild by performing Michael Jackson's Beat It, complete with choreography. They then dance fight the little ***** to death with their awesomeness.

In the weirdest and most tenuous piece of Deus Ex Machina, Kaidan comes back, single handedly takes down the Reapers and adopts a pet Thresher Maw. It should be noted than my save in ME1 had Kaidan die rather than Ashley.
As Shepard is preparing to make the final decision, a burst of static comes from his comms and he pauses to listen as Garrus' voice comes in from the comms.
"Hey Commander! Wrex and I just finished calibrating the main gun to accept new ammunition!"
"What ammunition, Garrus? I'm kind of busy here."
"INSTANT THRESHER MAWS."
And then the Normandy blazes past the crucible, firing giant, rapidly expanding Thresher Maws left and right, tearing the Reaper fleet a new one. And as you watch the carnage you detect a faint smell... the smell of victory.
Then Shepard takes his magic surfboard, surfs all the way to THE MOON against a backdrop of explosions, etc.
