none. when are you people going to learn that games don't make good movies? at least not while keeping anything of the game intact. call of duty, halo, uncharted... if you make films of those movies, you're only going to get shittier versions of movies that already exist, because that's what the games were ripped off from.

Assassins Creed could be intersting, and pretty much any FPS could be put into the standered action movie. Fallout 3 could be, as could alot of story heavy RPG's, but isn't the best part about these games that you can control the story to some extant, which a film would ruin?

Cthulhu Saves the World

I'm imagining an animated version made by Ralph Bakshi, and it looks awesome.

Amnesia: Dark Descent.

It could be done. And it would be done well.

- Go into first person mode whenever the guy is running.
- Insanity effect could be triggered by having the "walls" melt around him.
- Keep the same sound effects and music from the game.
- Maintain the story, but allow key differences. Add more Lovecraftian influences (The game was based off of "The Outsider)

Realistically speaking, maintain an R Rating, ensure the right person gets ahold of it, and be faithful to the original source...it could make a very good movie.
I agree ... really XD

Instead of making a game a movie, I would like if a game was used as the concept for a movie.

For example, the Dragon Age and Mass Effect mythos and universe that has been built would be a fantastic scenario for a film - as long as it was it was it's own stand alone creation.

Then there's inFamous, with the superhero thing being very fashionable at the moment.

Assassin's Creed universe could be very good - and I would almost want to see the inevitable Desmond chapter as a film as opposed to a game, alleviating a problematic gameplay persepective (how does one be an assassin in a world where infra red, motion sensors, alarms and projectile weapons are more commonplace than the cutlery) - especially considering the quality of the Assassin's Creed II prelude, Lineage.

If Square Enix hired an established director (and stayed on a separate continent to avoid interference) - they could do wonders with some of their source material, Final Fantasy VIII is a perfect candidate to be fleshed with the issues of time travel, Guardian Force head messery and a very potent love triangle. Christopher Nolan would love something like that.

That was longer than expected.
