My grenade would be an Awesome-Nade. Upon detonation, pure awesome emits from it, based on my mood. One time it could be that everybody turns to disco style with big hair and platform shoes, the next we could all have wings and play insane guitar solos.

It's basically not a grenade, it'll be a grenade-looking thing you hold in your hand:
1. Pull the pin.
2. Do NOT let go of the grenade.
3. BOOM!
4. You stand there, playing a facemelting guitar solo in the midst of a fierce battle, everyone stops fighting to see the pure awesomeness the grenade has brung upon you and die of overexposure to pure awesomeness.

It'll not be the normal frag grenade, it'll be that long, German frag grenade thingy, only modified:

I actually was just thinking of something like that. It would be particularly useful for hostage type situations, where you want to incapacitate with out harming. It would be neat because one person could take out a whole room of captors. Throw it in the room, walk up near (but still away from) the edge of the temproal distortion field, assess who are targets and who are not. Then carefully take aim at each threat and fire. You could fire a shot at each enemy before the first shot even reaches its target! Then just wait until it wears off and then wham, the whole enemy team is taken out simultaneously. And if you want the captors unharmed you could use tazers or fast acting tranquilizers.

A grenade or area spread (like halo 3's shield bubble) wherein time and object physics are slowed down. Opponents, propellents, bullets, and other objects are likewise slowed down. Look sensitivity is reduced to 1, attack speeds rate of fire and reloading are also slower.
Call it a "bullet-time" grenade.

For kicks, here's another: eggtimerbomb. When it explodes, it blurs the visuals of any creatures caught in the area. The blurring effect persists for about 5 seconds.

First thought was a divide-by-zero grenade.

After some thinking however I'll go with an improbability granade.
When thrown it will disappear, then reappear somewhere, sometime as anything an maybe explode.
If thrown from Sweden it could teleport to the oval office blowing up with the same explosive force of a thermo nuclear bomb. Or it could appear Next to Napoleon as a delicious cake.
