Badass hero name... well, for a guy I once had a rather noble Prince Gallithorne (a character in a book I was writing). That was pretty cool, but then he had an evil persona (Mortimer). Valerian was pretty cool. Probably not badass enough, though. I do think Gabe Newell's name is pretty badass.
