My one and (probably) only idea:

I would have liked to see Garrus and Shepard, up in Heaven, having that drink they said they'd get.
Shepard defeats the reapers, but is then saved by Liara and Jack. They then fly to Tali's house, where she is sitting without her suit, showing the Stock Photo she gave Shepard was just a joke, and she looks nothing like it.
They meet up with their surviving friends, and go out for a drink, as Shepard and Liara plan their wedding.

The crucible fires and destroys the Reapers. Shepard nearly dies from his wounds, but is saved by Tali. Jump forward a month later, to an interactive segment where Shepard walks around his house on Rannoch. You can see a picture of his wedding day with Tali. You look out at the neighborhood outside, and see a great deal of children of various races, krogan children being the most prominent. Geth have made smaller platforms to represent the geth youth, who are given some intelligence upon creation, gaining more as they "age". Shepard can call his team mates and check in on how they're doing. There is a TV that details the latest news, such as the Rachni obtaining an embassy on the Citadel, Omega becoming part of Council Space, and so forth. Tali walks in with her helmet off, and her hand on her stomach. They plan on naming the baby boy "David'Shepard nar Rannoch."

Shephard convinces the space child that they can coexist with synthetics and he shuts down the Reapers, then theres a cinematic of my Shephard living in a house with her lesbian navigator or whatever her role was(I didn't give much though into that relationship, an opportunity for some female on female action in the shower presented itself so i went with it.) Then theres some cinematics of Quarians without suits bulding homes on their home planet with the help of the Geth, Wrex playing with his horde of children and other races rebuilding their homes. Then perhaps all of the crews survivors making a toast to Thane, Legion, Mordin and whoever else died along the way. And some credits with narration talking about the future of the galaxy and how your actions changed it. It might be cliche but whatever.

Shep just F YOU's the Star Child, fires the Crucible (which only severely weakens teh Reapzors so the awesome fleet gets a chance to shine)
As the kid goes on a "you cannot win!" speech, all seems lost (Crucible doesn't fire or something) lose if you have crap Assets. If you have good Assets this song starts
Shep goes quiet watching the battle through the windows (the song is just geting started)
Then Shep gets an interrupt, both Paragon or Renegade so you get a choice and Paragon/Renegade conversation (read: ownage speech) options both ending in a variation on "JUST WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AM?!" (must also mention drills) Star Child implodes from pure awesomeness.
He then just walks out, all injuries healed, grabs a badass red cape and matching shades then just watches Joker wreck Harbinger in the Normandy. Marauder Shields then gets a moment to himself back on Earth, smiles as Harbinger charred and broken body falls to the ground then dies, content in the knowledge that he held the line...

Final stand of epic proportions. The plot pulls of a Chekhov's gun. There is a way to win, but it involves trying to hold the battle and huge losses. Threat is eliminated, but at what cost?
Plot reveals a sensitive spot. A ship is rigged with explosives and the player + crew is sent on a suicide mission because the plot dictates that remotely guided delivery systems malfunction when near said spot. A few ships are sent as escort/diversion. Nobody returns.
You tell the AI child to go fuck himself, jury rig the Crucible to kill just the Reapers, and blow them all to hell. All surviving squad members, along with anyone else who had a name that Shepard was friends with, go with him/her to party on Omega after helping Aria take it back from the remnants of Cerberus. Shepard and his/her LI have drunken sex in a back room somewhere while the party's going on.
Personally I liked the Mass Effect 3 ending with the exception of there being no proper epilogue. Those things OP posted seem like they would be nearly perfect for one if you ask me.
