"The guy who killed Sam G, and Xot. Was palefriends with Sister and fucked up. Was sadly the mobster Spades Slick on Gashog. None of that ring a bell?"

 

[RaNDM G]

"I don't watch the news."

 

[Saltarius]

"Wait...why is Xot not on any records anywhere?"

 

[RaNDM G]

"Could be because he wasn't really Xot. I got a call from the precinct saying they found a mask by that ship you almost took."

 

[Saltarius]

"...SON OF A *****!"

 

[RaNDM G]

[small]"Well, that was loud."[/small] I mutter, covering my ears.

 

[Saltarius]

"THE ENTIRE TIME, SISTER WAS RIGHT! THE MALL WAS A SETUP FOR US TO DO THEIR DIRTY WORK! WE SHOUDL'VE GONE FREE FROM SQUARE ONE!"

 

[RaNDM G]

[small]"Okay, I don't think you need to tell the whole neighborhood."[/small]

 

[Saltarius]

"I WILL BE CALM, ONCE WE FIGURE OUT WHAT THE HELL HAS BEEN GOING ON THE PAST 6 MONTHS!"

 

[RaNDM G]

"Look if- If you just- If you can- Fuck, breathe man! Breathe!"

 

[Saltarius]

I slap RaN.

"FOR FUCK'S SAKES, I WAS BLINDED, HAD MY HEART BROKEN, AND KILLED MULTIPLE TIMES IN THAT FUCKING PLACE! AND ALL FOR NOTHING!"

 

[RaNDM G]

"Y-you did not just do that."

 

[Saltarius]

I slap RaN again.

"Believe it. THIS IS THE REAL FUCKING WORLD, BUDDY!"

 

[RaNDM G]

"Okay."

I kick Salt in the shin and sock his arm.

 

[Saltarius]

I take my shades in my hands and crush them.

"All this fucking time..."

I lean against the wall and sink down.

"A fucking lie..."

 

[RaNDM G]

"Salt, it's a fucked up universe. Things aren't as simple as they used to be."

I shudder looking back at the good old days.

 

[Saltarius]

"Ha. Aha. Hahaha."

I place a hand against my head as tears roll down my cheeks and my shoulders rock with laughter.

 

[RaNDM G]

"... Is he going to be alright?"

 

[Knife-28]

"Well, I don't think he can get worse." Knife whispers back to RaN, before crouching next to Salt and lift his head to look him in the eyes. "Mate, listen ok. We're going to find the bastard that duped us as Xot. We're going to hunt him, we're going to find him and we're going to make him think twice about fucking with us, got it."

 

[Saltarius]

"Ha. Ahaha. Aha."

The laughs quickly turn to sobs.
