"Artemis only said that the Earth's average temperature has been raised to 49 degrees Celsius. That's only an average summer's day in Australia, hardly inhabitable."

"It is for me. I nearly got heatstroke in Belgium, which is not famed for sweltering heats of 49 degrees. Anyway, the temperature isn't the only problem. What about the carbon gases? I opena maintanence hatch and start splicing ranom bits of machinery into the ships systems.

A little red light starts blinking on the control panel infront of Knife as Artemis isolates the foreign machinery. "Fuck's sake. Pads can you go down to the maintanence access hatch in the kitchen and slap whoever's down there upside the head."

"What makes you think that we need a complicated plan? We fly in, they'll see all the supplies we have and that we can help. What's the problem?"
