Still, all media aside, I happen to know that there is a clinical vampirism in which the bodies of a person do not produce the right amount of blood cells, ergo they would need extra suppliments of blood themselves.

Same here. Twilight isn't about vampires, it's about fairies. Everyone knows it. But seriously though, people like this are just plain sad. They can't seriously believe that they're real vampires, can they?
