Yes, I love to post and post and post.

But just so no one can say I'm trolling (though we all know I'm far too reasonable for that):

A)No.
2)I don't care about flirting on the internet. Sometimes I chill with my husband while he does it and call out things for him to write. Its...On The Internet, and therefore is not real. Dur.
C)The bias is that men are physically stronger than women, which makes it "worse" when they phyisically humiliate them. He allowed her to cuff him and photograph him. That much he consented to. She is criminal in that she didn't unlock him on request and that she posted the photos. Could she have gotten him in this situation without his cooperation? Probably, even if she was much smaller than him. So no; the penalties should not be any different. Still, public opinion will swing toward the person percieved weaker, which unfortunately is the woman, not because she's weak, but because she's a woman. Sigh.

Ok, granted, this is probably the mostly likely scenario, but you aren't even giving the possiblity the girlfriend is a pyschopath a chance.

If we take a scenario where, really, this girl is fucking insane and controlling, the guy might be trying to get out of relationship - admittedly, this wouldn't be the smartist way, but who ever said people were smart 100% of the time.

Now, granted, I strongly suspect he is a weasel of a man who can't keep his dick in his trousers, but just assuming this is the case isn't fair. I for one have had a crazy ex-girlfriend who, despite the fact we've not physicallyseen either in over 6 years, and only really contacts me when she needs help with computer problems, still says I'm her boyfriend. I'm just saying the automatic bias here is to assume the girlfriend just took revenge alittle too far, when she could be an outright pyscho using this to humilate and try to control him.

I dunno, I was probably reading too much into your initial statement...
Ok now think of the same scenario, but imagine it's the guy that's the psycho. This woman could finally have found the courage to stand up to him.

To assume makes an ass out of u and me dude, it could've gone either way

A. No, flirting shouldn't lead to this
2. The guy, Fight tooth and nail. The guy's girlfriend. Stern talk to the guy
C. No, if a girl was flirting a bit, then got handcuffed and had nude pictures of her, he'd get thrown in jail faster then his brain could understand what's happening

If it was the other way around the word rape would have come out faster than a six shooter after a cowboy yells DRAW!

2) Do the exact same thing but post it along with her home address and phone number on 4chan.
C) Damn skippy. Bitches want equality but want to be more than equal. He should beat the shit out of her.

Can anyone think of any other double standards without getting crazy go nuts?

I used to work at a bar. So yes. Guy and girl get drunk. The fuck. In the morning girl screams rape even though they were both drunk and in some cases she fucking initiated it!
Or when a fat ugly girl is sober and picks up a way too drunk but attractive man. Suddenly its not rape because he is a guy so in chicks minds arousal = consent. Guy pulls that shit and gets locked up.
While I can see where you're comming from, I must point out that any kind of male-female sex, consentual or not, is impossible without male arousal. He's got to "want" it, at least from a certain perspective. No such thing is true of women.

Men are taught to sort of suck it up, though, if you savvy the metaphor. Be tough. Sex is sex, even with some fat ugly chick, whereas women are supposed to be on the defensive. No, it's not right. But if we all respected each other, none of this would be a problem in the first place.
Arousal is a physical reaction and can occur even if you mentally don't want it to. I mean, not to sound crass but some times all it takes is the right kind of breeze with some guys.

3imean C) yes it is very valid! feminism has gone too far.
I agree completely. Is it odd that I'm a girl but I hate feminism? Or radical feminism at least?
meh, I don't think its strange... I mean, look at me, I'm sexist cause I think women are the superior race despite being a man :p (I still don't like feminism... just cause we're inferior doesn't mean we should be treated that way!)

If my girlfriend was taking naked pics of my tied to my bed I pose and find it hilarious, more so if she was shouting at me.

I doubt I'd be in a relationship with a girl who wouldn't find that situation funny.

Then again my genitals have been on Facebook many a time before, I wouldn't want my girlfriends there.

A) Hell no. Who the hell cuffs a guy to a bed and leaves them? She was awfully lucky that she got bad quality cuffs, or she'd be fucked right about now.

2)Press charges on the *****. After all, she almost killed me.

C)Sadly, 'gender equality' = female superiority. In terms of rights anyway. But yeah, it's valid.

If it had been a man handcuffing a woman, then posting naked pictures of her, and another man approved like our friend Janet is here, they would be literally torn apart. How can it be fair that it not be the reverse?

Also, this is an excellent point:
What the woman did was illegal.
Well yeah, but he'll never flirt with another woman again will he? ;D

And my name isn't Janet D=
Of course, pardon my mis-reading

Anyhow, it's still misses the point: a guy doing this to a girl would never get even the slightest whiff of support.

Meh, I just hate radical feminism (and feminism in general) because they find the smallest thing to be sexist. In my city one of our museums had to change its name due to the fact that some feminazis threw an unholy hissy fit because the word "Man" was in the title. (The museum was called "Museum of Man and Nature" Now it's just "The Manitoba Museum") I'm honestly surprised that this feminist group hasn't tried to change the name of the province.

I can't imagine the uproar if I tied up my girlfriend, and posted naked pictures of her online without her permission.

I'd be considered a sexual assailant and go to jail

If she didn't get in trouble at all, fuck that.

Ha ha ha, the right kind of breeze, that's funny. I know what you're talking about; sure guys get boners when they don't want to, and sure a woman could take advantage of a guy if he's drunk. I'm just saying a woman doesn't have to be aroused for sex to happen to her. The second paragraph was really the point...
