hell, if you think that's stupid, you should see the legal definition of sexual intercourse in many countries and organizations (hint: only missionary for the purpose of procreation in some places).

Technically under the US code of military justice, oral sex is(was, until recently... as in back when I was enlisted) unlawful sodomy. Most of these horrible, outdated laws are ignored until someone complains about a violation... then someone gets charged with all kinds of shit they didn't really do.
