Wait a minute, so this dude did the nasty with her seven times, and then after not being allowed to leave he did it 'a few more times'. So lets say a few is a minimum of three, that means his total is at least 10 times, maybe more...in a time frame of 24 hours i would assume. I find the idea of a man being raped by a woman quite... odd. How can a woman rape a man if it's her that's being penetrated anyways?

What on earth does penetration have to do with rape? Other than, you know, merely being another form of which you can rape people.

In many states in the US, rape is defined as "forced penetration" so by the legal definition in many parts of the US women are incapable of rape without toys.

And that isn't child rape, it's molestation (not that I see much of a difference.)

Penetration with an object is the legal definition of rape in many countries. What you describe would be sexual assault.

That definition of rape is stupid, then.

Rape is any sexual intercourse that it non-consensual. There is no reason to have a legal distinguishment between penetration and non-penetration.

Also, for the record. While you can definitely rape someone without penetrating them. There are these little things out there called strap-ons.

This is a good story for the feminists to think about, since if it was a woman trying to leave and a man who insisted she stay, and she told police she stayed because she saw no other alternative, the man would probably be facing charges of rape.

Maybe this is the time to rethink prostitution laws.

I mean, if a woman wants THIS MUCH sex, then why shouldnt there be a job for it?
