Read the manga and in my opinion it should have just ended with being a one shot. The one shot had a good balance showing the bully and the girl being harassed by everyone. The second series is focusing a bit too much on the bully and his reason for doing what he loves to do, but I just don't care about him nor his stupid friends.
Wanted to see more of the deaf girl and her point of view on things and her mom. It just feels like it is dragging a bit too much for me.
